摘 要:本文用阈值法对海南岛汉族青年706人的尝味能力进行了测试,并计算了尝味者与味盲者的基因型频率和基因频率。结果是尝味者占87.68%,味盲率为12.32%。尝味基因(T)为0.6490,味盲基因(t)为0.3510。经统计学处理,男女之间味盲率没有显著性差异(P>0.05),而尝味平均阈值在男女之间有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。The genotype frequency and the gene freguency of the 2 groups mentioned above were studied in 706 young people of Han Nationality in Hainan with the threshold method.The results showed that 87.68% of the people tested were tasters and 12.32% were non tasters while the taste gene frequency (T) was 0.6490 and the taste blindness gene frequency was 0.3510. Statistically,no remarkable differences were found between the non tasters of both sexes (P>0.05) while there was a great difference of the divergence of mean taste threshold (P<0.01) between both sexes in all the young people tested in the study.
