摘　　要：天然产物在药物发现过程中起着重要的作用。现今在临床上应用的药物大约有70%来源于天然产物或天然产物衍生物,在抗感染领域中比率甚至更高。本文将阐述从1998年到2005年底进行临床试验或注册的抗菌和抗真菌的天然产物、半合成天然产物及天然产物衍生物。此外从1998年起上市的天然产物衍生药物也将在本文中介绍。Natural products have played an important role in drug discovery. Today, therapeutics from natural origin count for about 70% of the worldwide human therapeutic sales. For anti-infective treatment even higher figures are reported. This review describes antibacterial and antifungal natural products, semi-synthetic natural products and natural product derived compounds undergoing clinical evaluation or registration from 1998 to end of 2005. In addition, natural product derived drugs launched since 1998 are also discussed in this review.
