摘　　要：目的:分析FAF1 mRNA的表达水平与胃癌临床指标的关系。方法:用荧光实时定量聚合酶链反应(Real time PCR)技术定量检测40例胃癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织中FAF1 mRNA的表达情况。结果:FAF1 mRNA在癌组织中的表达水平(0.27±0.12)明显低于癌旁(0.40±0.06)和正常组织(0.48±0.08)(P<0.01)。FAF1 mRNA在胃癌中的表达水平与癌细胞分化程度、远处转移有关,而与年龄、性别、浸润深度、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移及肿瘤大小无关。结论:FAF1可能与胃癌的发生与发展有关。FAF1异常表达在胃癌细胞分化过程中可能发挥重要作用。Objective： To explore the relationship between the expression of FAF1 mRNA in gastric cancer and its elinieal parameters. Methods： Real time polymerase ehain reaetion（Real time PCR,RT-PCR） was employed to determine the expression of FAF1 mRNA in 40 eases of gastrie eaneer, paraeaneerous and normal tissues respeetively. Results： The expression level of FAF1 mRNA in the eaneerous tissues （0.27 ± 0.12） was markedly lower than that in the paraeaneerous tissues （0.40 ±0.06） and normal tissues（ 0.48 ±0.08 ） （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The expression of FAF1 mRNA in gastrie eaneer was closely eorrelated with eell differentiation, distant metastasis, but not eorrelated with age, sex, depth of invasion, stage（ TNM）, lymph node metastasis and the size of tumor. Conclusion： The expression of FAF1 mRNA in eaneerous tissues may have relationship with the gastrie tumorigenesis. The abnormal expression of FAF1 may have great effeet in eell differentiation.
