摘 要:以虫草菌对柞蚕滞育蛹进行诱导,收集不同发育时期的血淋巴,用多种病原真菌、细菌对其进行抑菌活性检测,研究其抗菌谱,并以大肠杆菌、柞蚕链球菌诱导柞蚕蛹作比较。结果表明:3种诱导源均能诱导产生抗菌物质,且三者所产生的抗菌物质对金黄色葡萄球菌等几种细菌的抗菌活性差别不明显;虫草菌诱导产物对细菌、真菌的抑菌谱广。蛋白质酸性电泳结果表明,虫草菌诱导后的柞蚕蛹血淋巴中有新的小分子蛋白产生,推测可能是具有抗菌活性的物质。diapause pupae of Antheraea. pemyi were induced by Cordyceps militaris. The hemolympy protein were collected at different times, Many kinds of pathogenic fungi and bacterium were used as the indicators for the study of antimicrobial activity and anti microbialspectrum, comparing with induced substances from Escherichia. coil and Streptococcus. pemyi. The result showed that all the three produced substance didn't have obvious antimicro- bial activities on many bacterium such as Staphylococcus ureus, but with different antimicrobial spectrum. The substance induced by C. milittaris had a wider antimicrobial-spectrum on many pathogenic fungi and bacterium. The result of Acidic Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis(APAGE)showed thai some new low weight molecular protein appeared in the hemolympy of A. pemyi after induction.
