E-钙黏蛋白及基质金属蛋白酶-9与肺癌侵袭转移的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究上皮性钙黏素(E-cadherin)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在非小细胞肺癌(nonsmall cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达,探讨其与NSCLC侵袭和转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测E-cadherin和MMP-9在78例肺癌标本中的表达。结果:E-cadherin在肺癌中的阳性表达率为58.97%,其表达率与分化程度有相关性(P<0.05),在有淋巴结转移病例中E-cadherin表达率明显低于无淋巴结转移病例(P<0.01);MMP-9在肺癌中的阳性表达率为71.79%,其表达率与淋巴结转移呈正相关。E-cadherin高表达者生存时间长,MMP-9高表达者生存时间短。结论:肺癌组织中E-cadherin和MMP-9的表达与肺癌淋巴结转移有显著相关性,检测这2种蛋白表达将有助于判断肺癌的转移及预后。Objective. To determine the expression of E - cadherin, matrix metalloprotelnase - 9 （MMP- 9 ） in non small cell lung eaneer（NSCLC）and investigate their association with the invasion and metastasis of NSCLC. Methods： The expression of E - eadherin and MME- 9 were detected in 78 eases of lung cancer by immunohistoehemistry SP methods. Results： The positive rates of E- eadherin was 58.97 %, there was a statistically significant difference between well differentiated cells and moderatly and poorly differentiated cells （P 〈 0.05）, the expression of E - eadherin in lung cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than those without lymph node metastasis（P 〈 0.05）, The positive rates of MMP- 9 was 71.79 %, the expression of MMP- 9 had a positive correlation with lymph node metastasis（P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients who had high expression of E - eadherin had a longer survival time, while the patients who had high expression of MMP - 9 had a shorter survival time. Conclusion： Expression of E, cadherin and MMP - 9 are closely associated with lymph node metastasis of lung cancer, which are indicators of metastasis and prognosis in lung cancer.
