老年脑血管病患者脂蛋白（α）检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：用放免的方法测定了５０例脑血管病（ＣＶＤ）患者血清脂蛋白（α）［Ｌｐ（α）］浓度，对比分析了患者Ｌｐ（α）、甘油三脂（ＴＧ）、总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）、脱脂蛋白Ａ－Ｉ（ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ）、ａｐｏＢ１００的浓度及变化，分析了Ｌｐ（α）浓度与ＴＧ、ＴＣ和脱脂蛋白的相关性。结果：ＣＶＤ患者血清Ｌｐ（α）浓度（０．２２４±０．０４ｇ／Ｌ），显著高于对照组（０．１１４±０．０３ｇ／Ｌ），ＴＧ、ＴＣ和ＬＤＬ－Ｃ明显升高，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ／ＬＤＬ－Ｃ和ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ／ａｐｏＢ１００比值明显下降。Ｌｐ（α）和ＬＤＬ－Ｃ（ｒ＝０．４５９，Ｐ＜０．０１）、ＴＣ（ｒ＝０．３５６，Ｐ＜０．０２）呈正相关；与ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ／ａｐｏＢ１００比值（ｒ＝－０．４２３，Ｐ＜０．０１）呈负相关。而与ＴＧ、ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ａｐｏＢ、ａｐｏＡ－Ｉ呈明显相关关系。作者认为Ｌｐ（α）是目前脂代谢指标中最好的ＣＶＤ危险因素的判定指标。The serum concentration of lipoprotein (α) [Lp(α)] in 50 patients with cerebrovascular disease (CVD) was determined by radioimmunoassay. The change in concentration and the abnormality percentage of the patients were comparatively analyzed between LP (α) and triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol(TC), high-density-lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),apolipoprotein (apo)A-I and apoB100. Also analyzed was the correlation between Lp(α) and other parameters. The results showed:serum Lp(α) concentration of CVD patients was remarkably higher (0. 224±0. 04) than that of the control group(0. 114±0. 03),the TG. TC and LDL-C obviously higher,the ratio of HDL-C/ LDL-C and apoA-I/apoB100 obviously lower. There was a significant correlation between Lp (α) levels and LDL-C(r=0. 459, P<0. 01), TC(r=0. 356, P<0. 02),and a negative correlation between Lp(α) levels and ratio of apoA-I/apoB100(r=-0. 423, P<0. 01), However, no correlation was found between LP(α) and TG, HDL-C, apoA-I and apoB100. LP(α) is currently regarded as the best index of CVD risk factor among all ones relating to blood
