摘　　要：西尼地平是兼具有L型和N型钙通道阻滞作用的新型钙拮抗剂。它不仅可以有效地降低血压,还可以有效预防反射性交感神经兴奋,和该药的其他有益作用一起,对减轻高血压的靶器官损害有一定作用。临床主要用于轻、中度高血压的治疗,疗效优于硝苯地平、尼莫地平等药物。作者介绍了国内外近年来西尼地平的合成及药理作用研究进展情况。Cilnidipine was a novel dihydropyridin calcium antagonist including type L and Type N calcium channel. Cilnidipine can effectively inhibit reflex overaetivity of SNS besides its hypotensive action. Together with its other pharmacological effeets,eilnidipine might protect target organs from lesion. It is mainly adopted for treatment of mild and moderate hypertensive and is better than nifedipine and nimodipine. In this paper, synthesis of eilnidipine and its pharmacological action were introduced and reviewed.
