摘　　要：要构建和谐社会，和谐医疗是其重要内容。深入调查高职学生人文素质状况，其目的是寻求高职医学院校学生人文素质能力建构模式，采取有效措施开发学生人文素质潜力，提升高职医学生综合素质。Harmonious medical care is an important component of constructing a harmonious society. The purpose to investigate into the present situation of vocational medical students＇ humanities quality is to seek the constructing mode of the students＇ humanities quality, and then take effective measures to develop the potential of their humanities quality, and promote their overall quality.
