摘 要:用分光光度法对紫叶矮樱、美人梅、红栌、红宝石海棠等植物叶片中的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青素含量进行了测定。结果表明:紫叶矮樱的叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的含量最大;紫叶矮樱、美人梅、红栌和红宝石海棠的叶绿素a与叶绿素b含量比值均小于3∶1;花青素含量从高到低依次是:紫叶矮樱、美人梅、红栌、红宝石海棠、黄栌、贴梗海棠,且花青素在紫(红)色系彩叶植物叶片的呈色中起主导作用。The contents of pigments including chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin in the leaves of several colorleafed plants such as Prunus × Cistena Pissardii, Prunus × Bliriana MeiRenMei, Cotinus coggygria Royal Purple and Malus spectabilis HongBaoShi were determined using spectrophotometry. The results showed that the contents of all thepigments tested in Pissardii, Prunus the leaves of Prunus Cistena Pissardii were the highest. The ratio of Bliriana MeiRenMei, C. coggygria Royal Purple and M. spectabilis chlorophyll a/b of Prunus Cistena HongBaoShi was lower than 3 : 1. The anthocyanin content from high to low in turn was as follows: Prunus × Cistena Pissardii, Prunus × Bliriana MeiRenMei, C. coggygria Royal Purple, M. spectabilis HongBaoShi, C. coggygria and Chaenomeles speciosa. The anthocyanin took a leading role in color emerging of the purple(red)-leafed plants.
