氨基寡糖素对两株侧耳营养及生殖生长的影响

摘　　要：采用SPSS11.5软件进行方差分析,研究了氨基寡糖素对两株侧耳菌丝生长及产量的影响。结果表明:氨基寡糖素2000倍、1000倍稀释液分别对特抗96、西德99的菌丝生长有显著促进作用,菌丝长速分别达7.1 mm/d和6.6 mm/d。氨基寡糖素2000倍稀释液对特抗96、西德99的产量有显著促进作用,产量分别提高10.5%和26.5%。The results by variance analysis with SPSS11.5 software indicate that oligosaccharin at diluted concentration of 2 0130 times and 1 0130 times can accelerate the hypha growth of the Tekang 96 and XIDE 99 at significant level, with the hypha growth rapidity up to 7.1mm/d and 6.6mm/d, resp. Oligosaccharin at diluted concentration of 2 000 times can increase the yield of Tekang 96 and XIDE 99 at significant level, with the yield increase of 10.5% and 26.5% resp.
