摘 要:目的:检测非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中LRP16基因的表达状况,研究其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学Envision方法检测52例NSCLC和非肿瘤组织中LRP16的表达。结果:LRP16在NSCLC中阳性表达率明显高于非肿瘤肺组织(51.92%vs.0%,P<0.001)。LRP16高表达与NSCLC肿瘤组织分化有相关性,LRP16的阳性率在低分化组(72.73%)和中分化组(41.67%)显著高于高分化组(27.78%)(P<0.05)。LPR16在腺癌中阳性率显著高于鳞癌(P<0.05),与TNM分期及淋巴结转移无关。结论:LRP16在NSCLC中高表达对判断NSCLC恶性程度有重要价值。Objective:To explore the relationship between LRP16 expression and clinicopathologic characteristics in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC). Methods: Immunohistochemistry staining (two-step Envision method) was used to detect LRP16 expression in NSCLC and non-neoplasia lung tissues of NSCLC. Results:The positive rate of LRP16 in 52 cases of NSCLC was significantly higher than that in non-tumorous lung tissues(51.92% vs. 0% ,P 〈0. 01 ). The up-regulation of the expression of LRP16 was related to cancer differentiation, the positive rate of LRP16 in poorly differentiated group(72. 73% ) was significantly higher than that in well( 41.67% ) and moderately-differentiated group( 27.78% ) (P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive rate of LRP16 in adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in squamous carcinoma( P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression of LRP16 didn't show any difference between the differentce of TNM stages and lymph node metastases status. Conclusion:The expression of LRP16 increases in NSCLC, and the up-expression of LRP16 is useful for evaluating the malignancy of NSCLC.
