摘　　要：本文分析了网络环境下,图书馆作为信息资源的储藏地,图书馆如何利用现有的信息资源,着重说明信息资源开发利用现状及策略,找出存在的问题,满足各用户的需求。这些信息资源的开发与利用,是图书馆发展的主要方向。This article analyzes how to take advantage of existing information resources in libraries which as the collection center of information resources under network environment, emphasizes on the present situation of development and utilization and strategy of information resources, and seeks out the existing problems at present, thus libraries can satisfy all kinds of consumer＇ s requirement. The development and utilization of information resources will be the library＇ s major direction.
