摘  要:针对地化录井仪Tmax值测量平行偏差大、标样分析不易通过、不同仪器对同一个岩样分析结果差异较大的问题,从仪器温度控制原理、控制现状分析着手,发现其原因是温度程序控制器稳定性能变化,致使温度控制精度降低,从而影响地化参数的准确性。经过开放式温度控制参数设置、温度控制状况实时监测和全面的参数标定等技术改进,使仪器性能得到提高,克服了测量误差等问题。In view of the problems existed in geochemical logging units that parallel deviation of Tmax measurement are greater, the standard sample analysis is not conformed with technical specification, and a greater deviation is occurred in analyzing the same core sample with the different geochemical logging units. Starting with analyzing the temperature control principles and the status of geochemical logging units, the authors find the reason is that the stability changes of temperature procedure controller can lead to deterioration in temperature controlling accuracy, therefore influencing the accuracy of the geochemical parameters. Through making technical improvements in open-type temperature control parameter setting, real-time monitoring the temperature control states and full-scale parameter calibration, the instrument performance was enhanced, thus overcoming the problem of measurement error.
