摘  要:目前对于绝大多数本科生来说,教师教学工作的好坏在很大程度上影响了他们成绩的好坏,甚至影响到他们日后实际的工作能力。以在校本科生为调查对象,对本科教学工作中影响教学效果的教师方面的因素进行抽样调查分析,根据其结果提出了适当的建议。For most university students, whether teachers" teaching is good or not will affect their studying to a great extent, and it even affects their work ability after graduation. The study is investigated by questionnaire and interview from undergraduate students of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, to analyze teaching factors which affect teaching effect during undergraduate teaching work. Then, some suggestions are proposed in order to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching work.
