摘  要:应用放射免疫测定法对兔同灶性脑出血和脑缺血性动物模型进行血清ACTH、皮质醇含量进行测定,研究了与脑组织病理改变的相关性,以探讨对H/P/A功能紊乱的机制。脑出血与脑缺血模型急性期血清ACTH、皮质醇含量水平明显高于恢复期、假手术组及正常对照组,以脑出血模型组为明显。恢复期时脑缺血模型组H/P/A功能恢复较差,提示N/P/A功能紊乱程度与脑组织病理损害程度呈正相关。he level of ACTH and cortisol content in the serum of the rabbit models of cerebral is-Chemia and cerebral hemorrhage of patial focus was determined with radio-immunitymethod.The mutual relation between the level of ACTH and cortisol content and the patho-logical changes in the cerebral tissues was studied in order to look into the mechnism of dis-order of H/P/A function. The results show that the. level of serum ACTH and cortisol in theacute phase of the model of cerebral hemorrhage and ischemia is obviously higher than that inthe recovery phase,which,of the model groups of cerebral hemorrhage and ischemia,operat-ed control group and normal control group,is the most remarkable for the cerebral hernor-rhage model group;H/P/A function of the cerebral ischemia model group returns poorly tonormal during the recovery stage. It is suggested that H/P/A function is positively related tothe pathological damage of the cerebral tissues.
