综合方案治疗缺血性中风急性期24例临床观察

摘　　要：目的对综合方案治疗缺血性中风急性期进行临床观察。方法共纳入观察病例46例,其中治疗组24例,对照组22例。在前期研究基础上,建立以辨证论治为特点的综合治疗方案,并与西医治疗方案进行随机对照研究。结果综合治疗方案与西医治疗方案在不同时间点对患者的神经功能、日常生活能力和认知功能有不同程度的改善作用;综合治疗方案临床疗效优于西医治疗方案。结论以辨证论治为核心的综合治疗方案贴近临床实际,对中风病有积极的综合治疗作用,具有独特优势;各种评价量表在中风病不同时间点具有不同的评价作用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined therapy for ischemic stroke at acute stage. Methods Totally 46 cases were randomly divided into treatment group （n ： 24） and control group （n ： 22）. Combined therapy characterized by pattern identification and treatment administration was applied and compared with western medicine therapy on the basis of previous observations. Results Nervous function,activity of daily living and cognition were improved in both groups. The therapeutic effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group. Conclusion Combined therapy has better therapeutic effect and various evaluation scales are applied to different stage of stroke.
