摘 要:目的探讨急性白血病患者骨髓细胞COX-2的表达水平及其作用机制、意义。方法采用Western Blot方法检测了43例急性初治白血病患者及24例完全缓解期急性白血病患者骨髓细胞COX-2及Bcl-2的表达水平,以18例健康供者骨髓为阴性对照。结果COX-2、Bcl-2在初治急性白血病组的表达率高于完全缓解组和对照组(P<0.05),完全缓解组和对照组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。COX-2阳性组LDH水平高于COX-2阴性组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论COX-2可能参与了急性细胞白血病的发病,且与预后相关。Objective To investigate the expression and potential pathogenetic implications of COX-2 in hone marrow cells of acute leukemia patients. Methods The expressions of COX-2 and Bcl-2 in bone marrow cells of 43 cases of untreated acute leukemia, 24 cases of acute leukemia at complete remission stage, and 18 cases of normal control were detected by Western blot. Results The positive rate of COX-2 and Bcl-2 in untreated acute leukemia group were significantly higher than those of acute leukemia at complete remission stage and normal control groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference between the complete remission group and the control group ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . The expression of LDH in group of COX-2 positive is higher than in group of COX-2 negative, and the difference between the two groups has significance ( P 〈 0. 001 ) . Conclusion The overexpression of COX-2 may involve in the pathogenetie of acute leukemia. The expression of COX-2 is correlated with prognosis.
