摘　　要：目的评价胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)的胃肠道钡餐、CT和MRI的综合影像诊断。方法回顾性分析12例经手术病理证实的GIST影像与病理关系。结果12例GIST中发病部位位于胃者5例,小肠4例,直肠2例,胃及肠系膜1例。其中诊断恶性间质瘤10例与病理相符。结论胃肠道钡餐造影、CT、MRI可清楚定位,并对定性有帮助。Objective To evaluate the image presentation of gastrointestinal stromal tumors （GIST） on gastrointestinal barium, CT and MRI. Methods 12 cases of GIST verified by clinic and pathology were reviewed to compare with the manifes- tations on gastrointestinal barium, CT and MRI. Results 5 of the 12 cases of GIST occurred in stomach, 4 in small intestinal, 2 in rectum, 1 in stomach and mesentery. Radiological findings of 10 malignant cases were well consistent with pathology.Conclusion Gastrointestinal barium, CT and MRI are useful to detecting of the original lesion and the diagnosis of GIST.
