摘  要:目的探索牙体建立引流孔进行牙髓冲洗的可行性。方法选择因外伤或牙周病拔除的牙齿40个,在牙颊面颈1/3中部钻两个小孔,插入小儿头皮静脉针(已按需要处理)进行牙髓冲洗,观察髓腔冲洗引流情况。结果15个前牙钻孔成功率100%;12个双尖牙10个成功,占91.7%;13个磨牙9个成功,占69.2%。小儿头皮静脉针与钻孔匹配,注入液体从另一引流孔顺利引流。结论牙颈1/3建立引流孔进行牙髓冲洗切实可行。Objective To investigate feasibility of irrigating dental pulp. Methods 40 teeth extracted were selected for this study because of trauma or periodontal disease, two drainage pinholes were drilled in middle neck 1/3 of buccal surface of tooth, transfusion needle (processed) for infant was inserted into tooth and dental pulp inflamed was irrigated immediately, dental pulp irrigation was observed. Results Achievement ratio in front teeth that dilled through pulp chamber was 100%, 10 of 12 premolar teeth succeed, account for 91.7%; 9 of 13 molar teeth succeed, account for 69.2%. Needle match with pinhole, liquid injected was irrigated from another pinhole successfully. Conclusions Drainage pinhole in middle neck 1/3 oibuccal surface of tooth is feasible when dental pulp inflamed is being irrigated.
