张謇与教育创新

摘　　要：中国近代实业家、教育家张謇对其家乡南通、江苏乃至当时中国均有颇大贡献。推根究源,创新理念是其能够作出这一贡献的关键之一。在教育领域张謇先生的创新思想主要表现在淡化官本位意识,推行教育新理念;百计延聘英才,提高教育质量;倡导教育改革,勉励师生创新等方面,这些教育创新思想予今犹有极大的借鉴意义。Zhangjian, Chinese latter-day educator and industrialist, contributed greatly to his motherland Nantong, Jiangsu Province, even the whole China. The reason why he can do this is his innovation theory. The article discusses about Zhang Jian from his desalting bureaucratism to push the new theory of education; searching for the person of excellent ability to improve the education quality; advocating the education reform to encourage the creativity of teachers and students. The innovative thoughts are still quotable today.
