摘 要:测定了淀粉十二烷基苷的表面张力、泡沫性能、乳化性能、临界胶束浓度(CMC)、亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)和渗透性等,对其结构用FTIR进行了表征。检测结果表明淀粉十二烷基苷表面活性剂的表面张力为25.66mN/m,属于低泡沫型,乳化性能好,临界胶束浓度(CMC)为7.99×10-3mol/L,亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)为19.15。FTIR表明淀粉和十二醇发生了苷化反应生成了淀粉十二烷基苷。将淀粉十二烷基苷应用于皮革复鞣及加脂中,应用革增厚显著,物理性能好,粒面细腻、手感柔软、弹性好。SEM表明淀粉十二烷基苷表面活性剂对皮革纤维具有较强的分散效果。The surface properties of the starch dodecanol polyglycoside such as surface tension, foam, emulsification, critical micelle concentration (CMC), Hydrophilic-Lipophilid Balance (HLB) and penetration were measured. The structure of starch dodecanol polyglycoside surfactant was characterized by FTIR. The results showed that its surface tension is 25.66 mN/m, cmc is 7.99×10^-3 mol/L, HLB is 19.15 and is low foaming. The FTIR result showed that the expected glycoside reaction had happened between starch and dodecanol. The starch dodecanol polyglycoside surfactant was used in leather retanning and fatiiquoring. The results showed that the starch dodecanol polyglycoside surfactant was extremely influence on elasticity, soften, grain surface and thickening. The SEM results of the applied leather indicated that the surfactant had excellent penetrability and fibers dispersion.
