摘 要:从污染环境的生态修复概念出发,阐述了污染土壤生态修复的基本原理。在此理论探索基础上,对重金属污染土壤生态修复和有机污染土壤生态修复两个方面的若干研究进展进行了概述。指出:污染土壤生态修复研究基本上处于基础阶段,其研究的重点仍然在于超积累植物和高效降解微生物的筛选及合理搭配、修复机理的探索和基于植物与微生物联合修复的根际圈效应、以广义生物修复为核心的联合修复以及修复强化措施。可以预料,污染土壤的生态修复将成为解决土壤污染问题的根本。Based on the conception of ecological remediation for contaminated environment, basic principles of ecological remediation for contaminated soils are expounded. On the basis of the theoretical exploration, some researching progresses in ecological remediation of con- taminated soils by heavy metals and organic pollutants were summarized, respectively. It is pointed out that research on ecological remediation of contaminated soils is at its basic stage. Screening out ideal hyperaccumlators and highly degradative microorganisms and their reasonable application in pairs or groups, exploring ecological remediation mechanisms, improving rhizospheric effects based on joint remediation of phytoremediation and bioremediation, developing joint remediation based on generalized bioremediation as its core technology, and their strengthening measures are still researching emphases in this scientific field. It is anticipated that ecological remediation of contaminated soils will become the fundamentality of solving soil pollution problems.
