摘  要:本实验旨在研究二氯醋酸钠对大鼠前脑完全性缺血不同灌流期脑皮层神经无超微结构的影响。结果:(1)再灌流后1h,病变以膜结构损伤为主,表现为内质网和核膜扩张,轻度线粒体肿胀;(2)再灌流2h后,除上述病变进一步加剧外,并出现染色质边集和线粒体皱缩;(3)无论缺血前后应用二氯醋酸钠,均表现为膜结构病变明显减轻,但染色质边集等多元改善,提示二氯醋酸钠可有效保护大鼠脑皮层神经元膜结构的急性缺血性再灌流损伤。The objective of this experiment was to observe the influence of sodium dichloroacetate on cerebral cor-tical neurons ultrastructural changes in different periods of reperfusion. The resu1ts were: (1) the main pathologi-cal changes appeared in membranaceous structure after reperfusion for 1h,showing dilation of the rough endoplas-mic reticulum and nuclear envelope and mild swelling of mitochondria; (2) In addition to the exacerbation of thesechanges, the other changes including chromatin margination and mitochondria shrinkage appeared after 2h reperfu-sion; (3) treated with sodium dichloroacetate either be fore or after ischemia,the effect was similar. i. e. the mem-branaceous structure changes were obviously alleviated but the chromatin margination and mitochondria shrinkagekept unchanged. It revealed that sodium dichloroacetate could effectively protect cerebral cortical neurons mem-branaceous structure of rat from early reperfusion injury but couldn't prevent chromatin margination from occur-rence and progression.
