摘 要:目的探讨学习障碍(LD)患儿血清beta-内啡肽(β-EP)水平的变化及其与学习障碍病理基础的关系。方法患者组为22例为未治疗过且不共患其他疾病的学习障碍患儿,对照组为18例年龄性别匹配正常儿童,以瑞文标准推理测验(SPM)测定智商,采用酶联夹心免疫吸附法检测血清β-EP。结果LD患者血清β-EP平均浓度为(182.37±15.65)pg/ml,低于对照组(199.93±9.09)pg/ml,P<0.01。正常智商组为(178.50±13.95)pg/ml,边缘智商组为(183.83±16.42)pg/ml,二者比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),与对照组比较,差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论LD发病可能与脑内β-EP含量水平降低有关,检测其血清β-EP在脑功能研究方面可能具有价值。Objective To explore the changes of serum beta-endorphin (β-EP) levels in children with learning disorder. Methods Twenty-two children with learning disorder and 16 healthy children in control group were assessed with Raven's Standard Progressive Matrices. Serum levels of β-EP were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results The mean concentration of serum β-EP in learning disorder group (182.37±15. 65pg/ml) was significantly lower (P〈0. 01) than that of the control group (199.53±9.60pg/ml). The normal and borderline IQ in learning disorder group had significantly lower β-EP levels (178.50±13.95pg/ml; 183.83 ±16.42pg/ml) than the control group (P〈0.01). There was no difference in learning disorder between the normal and borderline IQ (P〉0.05) . Conclusion These results indicate that determination of β-EP serum levels could be valuable in the brain function of learning disorder.
