摘　　要：分析了高校引进平衡计分卡的意义,探讨了高校在执行平衡计分卡时应注意的问题。This paper analyzes on the significance of introducing the balancing scorecard into university, and probes into the problems that should pay attention to during the process of implementing the balancing scorecard in university.
