摘 要:采用SR-1000射频深部热疗机对放置金属支架的13只猪食管进行体外加热。在金属支架上缘上4cm、支架中心处、支架下缘处、支架下缘下2cm处和支架下缘下4cm处的食管粘膜处分别设置5个观察点。频率40.82MHz,极板25cm×25cm,功率500—700W;加热30min后,肉眼观察5个观察点食管粘膜的损伤情况,并取5个观察点处的食管粘膜作病理学检查。实验中5只猪因测温线故障或死亡,其结果未纳入统计,其余8只猪5个观察点处的食管粘膜肉眼损伤程度(分级)为0—1级,经统计学等级资料的秩和检验H=2.0,P=0.157,差异无显著性意义;显微镜下显示的食管粘膜损伤程度(分级)为0—2级,经统计学等级资料的秩和检验H=2.734,P=0.255,差异无统计学意义。在射频深部热疗中,食管金属支架置入本身不引起明显的食道粘膜的机械性损伤,亦不加重食管粘膜的热损伤,金属内支架置入术后行射频深部热疗在近期是安全可行的。The work is to report an in vivo experimental study on metal stent-caused damages to esophageal mucosa of pigs under radiofrequency hyperthermia Five points were located for observation, i.e. the middle of the stent, the exit of the stent, 2era and 4cm under the exit and 4cm above the exit. The stent were placed in esophageal mucosa of 13 pigs and were heated by SR-1000 radiofrequency hyperthermia machine. The esophageal mucosa were observed with naked eyes. And optical microscopy was used to understand the variety of the esophageal mucosa The esophageal mucosa of four temperature checkpoints and observation point were smooth, moist and pale, without any bleeding, erosion and ulcer, while the squamous epithelium of esophageal mucosa of each observation point was normal, with no statistical significance for differences in both the observation results (p〉0.05). Therefore, influence of the metal stents on esophageal mucosa could be neglected in radiofrequency hyperthermia. It is safe and feasible to carry out radiofrequency hyperthermia on esophagus placed metal stent.
