平消胶囊配合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察平消胶囊配合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及毒副反应。方法:对118例中晚期非小细胞肺癌随机分组,治疗组用平消胶囊配合金喜素加顺铂(TP)方案化疗,对照组单用TP方案化疗。结果:治疗组有效率为63.49%,对照组为43.63%,两组对比有差异性(P<0.05)。治疗组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞下降率为42.86%,血小板下降率为17.46%;对照组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞下降率85.45%,血小板下降率为38.18%,两组对比,也有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论:平消胶囊配合化疗既能增加疗效,又具有保护骨髓作用,值得临床应用。Objective： To observe the curative effect and the side effect of canelim capsule combined with chemotherapy in treating NSCLC. Methods： Total of 118 NSCLC cases in later stages were divied into two groups. In the therapy group, canelim capsule combined with TP scheme chemotherapy, and the comparison group chemotherapy only with TP scheme were used. Results： The efficiency rate of therapy group was 63.49% , while the comparison group 43.63%. There was obvious difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05 ）. In group the decline rate of Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade leukocyte was 42.86%, thrombocyte 17.46% , while in the comparison group, the decline rate of Ⅲ-Ⅳ grade leukocyte was 85.45%, thrombocyte 38.18%. There was also obvious difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： Canelim capsule, combined with chemotherapy, can help to increase the curative effect as well as to protect marrow.
