P-gp、GST-π、Topo-II在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨结直肠癌组织中P-糖蛋白(P-gp)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST-π)和拓扑异构酶(Topo-II)的表达与病理特征的关系及其相关性。方法:用S-P免疫组化法检测59例术前未经放、化疗的结直肠癌组织P-gp、GST-π、Topo-II的表达。结果:P-gp、Topo-II的过表达与所研究的病理特征无关(P>0.05),GST-π的过表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与其它病理特征无关(P>0.05)。P-gp的耐药率与GST-π的耐药率正相关(P<0.01),而与Topo-II耐药率负相关(P<0.05)。结论:应用免疫组化法联合检测P-gp、GST-π、Topo-II对结直肠癌患者选择化疗方案有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the correlation of expression of P - glycoprotein （ P - gp）, glutathione - S - transferase- π（ GST- π） and topoisomerase Ⅱ（ Topo- Ⅱ）, and pathological characteristics. Methods： Fiftynine patients with colorectal carcinoma, which had not been treated before surgery, were studied for expression of P - gp, GST- π,Topo- Ⅱ using S -P immunohistochemistry. Results： There were no correlation between overexpression of P - gp, TopoⅡ and pathological characteristics studied （ P 〉 0.05 ）, overexpression of GST - π was correlated with lymph node metastases（P 〈 0.05 ） , but not with other pathological characteristics studied（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The rate of drug resistance of P -gp was positively related with GST- π s（P 〈 0.01 ）, but was negatively related with TopoⅡ＇s （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Examing P - gp, GST - π and Topo - Ⅱ expression in colorectal carcinoma using immunohistochemistry play important role in clinical chemotherapy.
