摘　　要：介绍了反式聚异戊二烯(TPI)聚合催化剂及合成TPI产品的考评方法。对载体水含量、催化剂载钛量、催化效率、催化剂表观密度以及合成TPI产品的反式含量、结晶度、分子量及分布、物理力学性能、灰分等参数的测定做了详细研究。通过提出的考评方法对催化剂及合成胶产品进行质量控制,为优化生产工艺打下基础。The test method of the catalysts of trans - polyisoprene and synthetic rubber is introduced. The water amount of carrier, the amount of supported titanium, the catalytic efficiency and the density of catalyst are studied ; moreover, the amount of trans - structure, crystalline degree, molecular weight and distribution, physical mechanical properties and the ash of the synthetic TPI are also studied. The test method is put forward so that the quality of the product could be controlled and the process technology could be optimized.
