摘　　要：建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定猪肉样品中克伦特罗、沙丁胺醇、土霉素、四环素残留量的检测方法。样品用0.01 mol/LEDTA-2Na、0.3%磷酸溶液、高氯酸(1∶1)混合溶液提取,上清液过C18固相萃取柱净化,采用高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器(DAD)检测,外标法定量。本法简便、快速、定量准确、精密度高,适用于猪肉样品中克伦特罗、沙丁胺醇、土霉素、四环素残留量的检测。High performance liquid chromatographic method （HPLC） have been developed for the simultaneous determination of clenbuterol, salbutamol, oxytetracycline and tetracycline in pork. The samples were extracted with 0.01 mol · L^-1 disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate , 0.3 % phosphate, and （ 1 ： 1 ） perchloric acid. Clean-up of samples was performed on a Cls solid phase extraction column. The analytes were separated by HPLC with diode array detector and quantified using external standard calibration curves. The method is simple, rapid and accurate for detection of clenbuterol, salbutamol, oxytetracycline and tetracycline in pork.
