摘  要:对两束相干光写入稳态相位栅的衍射效率进行数值模拟,发现在某一角度范围内衍射效率有一最大值存在.测定了双光束耦合时不同入射角度光子晶格的衍射效率,实验曲线表明,衍射效率随写入角度(光子晶格周期)的变化也有极大值存在,并且与数值模拟所对应的角度是吻合的.由于衍射效率与写入的光子晶格的折射率调制度Δn成线性关系,因而证实了不同写入角度的光子晶格有不同的折射率调制度,并有极大值存在.Diffraction efficiency was simulated theoretically in the stable state phase during the double coherent light coupling and a maximum value of diffraction efficiency was discovered in some angle scope. Experimentally, diffraction efficiency of photon crystal lattice was measured in different read-in angle. The results indicated that it reach the extreme value when the read-in angle has the value corresponding to the diffraction efficiency in theory. Considering simple linear relationship between the diffraction efficiency and refractive index moudulation degree,it can be confirmed that the photon crystal with different read-in angle really have the different refractive index moudulation degree,and has the maximum value.
