摘　　要：对社会经济系统、防洪系统以及二者之间的相互联系进行了定量研究,构建了防洪系统与社会经济系统和谐预警的系统动力学模型,给出了此模型的一般表达式和预警信号设置,并以抚顺地区为例作实证分析。In order to realize optimal flood control and scientific management, impulse coordinated improvement of social economy and flood control system, the system dynamic model of harmonious warning was established in terms of social economy system, control flood system and the relationship between the two. The general expression and warning signal setting of this model was put forward, Finally, the practical situation of Fushun region was analyzed by this model.
