高校教育资源配置效率的实证分析

摘　　要：教育资源配置效率比一般的教育产出更为重要。以经费、固定资产、人员、设备和图书作投入,以学生和科研为产出,用DEA方法以教育部部属高校2001年和2004年的数据为样本得到对应的效率值,这与我们常见的高校排名大不相同,值得深思。The efficiency of education resources allocation is more important than usual education outputs. Taking funds, fixed assets, personnel, equipment and books as input, students and scientific research as output from 2001 to 2004, efficiency of the Education Ministry＇s subordinate colleges and universities are examined with DEA method. There is a great difference between their efficiency and their position in the ministry＇s official universities rank, which worth our deep thinking.
