摘　　要：目的研究吗特灵联合化疗治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的疗效、改善患者生存质量的效果及毒副作用。方法将120例晚期消化道肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组使用顺铂(CDDP)、氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)、亚叶酸钙(CF)联合化疗进行治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用吗特灵。结果治疗组总有效率为46.7%,优于对照组26.7%,两组之间相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论应用此法治疗晚期消化道肿瘤安全、有效。Objective Research Ma Te Ling union chemotherapy treatment digestive tract cancer curative effect, improves the patient to survive the quality effect and the poisonous side effect. Methods Divides into the treatment group and the control group stochastically 120 example digestive tract cancer patient, the control group uses CDDP,5 -FU ,CF union chemotherapy carries on the treatment, the treatment group adds in this foundation with Ma Te Ling. Results Treatment group total effectiveness is 46.7%, surpasses control group 26.7%, between two groups compares the difference to have the significance（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Using this law treatment digestive tract cancer security, effective.
