摘　　要：目的探讨显微镜下颅内动脉瘤夹闭术的手术配合。方法总结我院近年来开展的198例颅内动脉瘤手术的配合过程。结果198例颅内动脉瘤夹闭手术均顺利完成,未发生配合失误。结论手术护士必须做到术前了解病情,并熟悉手术程序和步骤,充分准备器械,熟悉掌握特殊器械的使用,术中主动迅速准确的传递器械,与术者密切配合。Objective To explore operation matching during microsurgery on clipping of intracranial aneurysm. Methods To summarize the data of 198 patients accepted the clipping of intracranial aneurysm in our hospital in the last several years. Results All operations have been accomplished smoothly and no mistakes in operation matching. Conclusions In order to ensure operations to be carried out and completed successfully, it is very necessary for operational nurses to get the message of patient＇s condition, be familiar with the operative procedures and steps, a sufficient readiness about operational tools and a good grasp their applying ways before the operation. Moreover, one successful operation also demand that the operational nurses should deliver the tools quickly and exactly in the operation, and match with the operators well.
