护士对血生化报告及其临床意义认识的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解目前各层次护理人员对血生化报告及相关知识认知情况，从而探讨护理人员掌握血生化知识的重要性。方法采用自拟的问卷调查表，对620名护士进行有关血生化知识及其临床意义理解的问卷调查，并对结果进行分析。结果大部分护理人员对血生化报告及临床意义非常重视，且能掌握，但有24．0％的护理人员不能说出血生化正常范围，19．8％的护理人员对血生化的临床意义缺乏理解，而且有19．5％的护士根本就不关心患者的化验结果。学历、职称及护龄低的护理人员对血生化相关知识尤为缺乏。结论护士应充分理解血生化报告对临床护理的重要意义，加强护理人员对血生化等辅助检查方面的知识教育与培训。Objective To know the knowledge of different nurses for patients＇ biochemical test and analyze the related factors. Methods Interviewed 620 nurses by self-designed questionnaires to know their knowledge about the clinical meaning of biochemical test, and then analyzed the datum which had obtained from this investigation. Results Most of nurses in this investigation had enough knowledge about the biochemical test, while there were 24.0% nurses did not know the normal scopes of blood test results, there were 36.4% nurses did not know the clinical meaning of blood test results and there were 19.5% nurses always ignored this results. In general, nurses with low educational level and short working age had not enough knowledge about the biochemical test. Conclusions Biochemical test related training should be emphasized among all the nurses, and then improve the nursing quality for patients.
