摘　　要：如今货物运输潜规则的使用在一些行业之间较为普遍。某些企业通过签订免责条款等"补充协议"的手段节省保险费用,这种现象值得有关方面关注。从保险原则、合同法及社会"示范效应"的角度看,潜规则下的货物运输"补充协议"不应由保险公司埋单。The tacit rules in cargo transportation are commonly uses in many industries now. Some companies are trying to reduce premium by signing ＂supplementary exclusion agreements＂. This phenomenon should be given due attention. Such tacit ＂ supplementary agreements＂ should not be applicable to insurers according to the insurance principles, the contract law and the demonstrative social effect.
