摘　　要：目的了解社区女性乳腺癌术后患者的现况，为进一步开展乳腺癌的社区干预提供参考。方法以真如、长征、石泉社区年龄为30～69岁、单侧发病、术后≤3年的女性乳腺癌术后患者作为调查对象，采取问卷调查方式进行入户调查。结果共收到有效问卷195份。绝大多数乳腺癌患者对术后性生活存在认识上的误区，部分患者存在心理问题，且与年龄、学历层次等相关。结论为提高乳腺癌的早期发现概率，应大力提倡乳腺疾病的自查和普查；对术后乳腺癌患者，应进行有效的心理干预和健康行为引导。Objective To research the current situation of the female breast cancer patients in communities of Shanghai City, to provide references for a further community-level interference against female breast cancer. Method To take 195 examples of breast cancer patients as objects, in three communities of Zhenru, Changzheng and Shiquan, whose ages ranged from 30 to 69, with unilateral origin and less than 3 years history after operation, and to make door to door investigation by specially trained doctors, using uniform questionnaires （the contents including： fundamental items, knowledge on diet and behaviors, etc. ）. The check of rates comparison were done with 2 Results Altogether 195 valid questionnaires were received, with the average age of 53.70!8.10. Most of these breast cancer patients had misunderstandings on the post-operation sex life, and part of these patients suffered from psychological problems that seems related to ages, education levels, etc. Conclusion In oder to increase the early discovery rate of breast cancer, self-check and census on women＇s breast diseases should be promoted; effective psychological interferences and correct behavior conducts should be implemented to the community breast cancer patients in post-operation recovering phase.
