摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道电切（TUR）治疗膀胱表浅肿瘤及术后行红色诺卡氏菌细胞壁骨架（N—CWS）膀胱灌注预防其复发的临床疗效。方法对60例膀胱表浅肿瘤患者行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TURBt）术，术后1周开始以N-CWS800ug加生理盐水60mL作膀胱灌注治疗。结果60例患者，58例获得随访，随访1～5年，复发16例，复发率27．6％。出现膀胱刺激症状6例，出现化学性膀胱炎2例。结论TURBt联合N—CWS灌注治疗膀胱表浅肿瘤疗效较好且副反应小。[Objective] To evaluate the chnical efficacy of superficial bladder tumor treated with transurethral resection of bladder tumor （TURBt） plus intravesical therapy with N-CWS. [Methods] Intravesical therapy with N- CWS 800ug plus physiology brine 60 mL was performed in sixty patients with superficial bladder tumor a week after TURBt. [Results] 58 cases was follwed up for 1-5 years, and the recurrence number was 16 （27.6%）. 6 cases showed an irritation sign of bladder and 2 cases showed a chemical cystitis. [Conclusions] TURBt plus intravesical therapy with N-CWS is an effective for the treatment of superficial bladder tumor and shows less complications.
