摘　　要：目的测算出5种疾病医疗费用的平均水平及参考值范围,为沧州市医保部门出台单病种结算标准提供政策依据。材料与方法以沧州市7所医疗机构的950名住院患者的医疗费用为研究对象,利用统计学中的中位数和P25和P752个百分位数测算出了医疗费用的平均水平、参考值范围。结果与讨论沧州市各种疾病医疗费用低于河北省平均水平;将各种疾病医疗费用的P75作为费用控制上限;内科疾病医疗费用的变异程度大于外科疾病;药品费用比重低于国家控制上限。Objectives To estimate median and reference value range of medical expense for each disease,and provide Cangzhou City center of medical insurance fund supervision with some policy evidences to lay down medical expense standard based on DRGS. Materials and Methods After field survey on medical expense of 950 inpatients from 7 hospitals in Cangzhou city, the author gives average level and reference value range of medical expense by means of median, P25 and P75. Results and Discussions Cangzhou City is lower than Hebei Province in medical expense of 5 diseases.P75 of medical expense of each disease can be considered as upper control limit.Internal medicine is higher than surgery in medical expense variation. Cangzhou City is lower than upper control limit by China government in proportion of drug expense.
