摘  要:为了满足环境保护需求,从源头上解决涂料污染的问题,选用结构组成不同的二元醇和1,6-己二酸,制备了一组支化度不同的低聚物聚酯二醇.以自制的聚酯二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料进行预聚体合成反应;用乙二胺为扩链剂制备了一组水性聚氨酯乳液,研究了二元醇的组成对聚酯二醇黏度的影响;聚酯二醇黏度对其预聚体黏度及其水分散性的影响;黏度对涂膜性能的影响.结果表明,自制的聚酯二醇支化度越大,黏度越小.把自制的具有低黏度特性的聚己二酸-新戊二醇酯二醇的相对分子质量控制在500~1300,可以有效地控制IPDI型预聚体的黏度,并且预聚体易于水分散.涂膜性能测试表明,相对分子质量不同、组成相同的新戊二醇酯二醇与IPDI合成得到的乳液膜,由于乳液黏度相差不大、—COOH量相同,所以,其流平性均较好、抗水性相差不大.The waterborne polyurethane(WPU) is a new material with excellent properties. In order to meet the urgent needs of the environmental protection and avoid pollution from the source, the synthesis of WPU containing low VOC is very important. A preparation method of WPU was described. Firstly, different chain polyester glycol were prepared from different component diols and adipic acid. Then WPU were synthesized by using polyester glycol, IPDI and DMPA as raw material, and using diethylamine as chain extender. The influence of diols components to polyester glycol viscosity and polyester glycol viscosity to WPU prepolymer and water dispersion were studied. The results show that the viscosity of WPU is dropping with the degree of branch of polyester glycol increasing, and the low viscosity prepolymer can be acquired when the molecular weight of polyneopentylene adipate glycol is controlled within 1 300. Meanthile the prepolymer has good water-dipersion and low organic solvent dependnce.
