摘  要:[目的]探讨针刺体壁诱导丝光绿蝇产生的抗菌物质对溶壁微球菌的抑菌活性。[方法]丝光绿蝇三龄幼虫经针刺体壁诱导后,48 h提取其血淋巴,设置3μl、5μl、7μl、10μl不同的加样量,观察对溶壁微球菌24 h后的抑菌效果。设置1/4、1/8、1/16、1/32、1/64、1/128不同的稀释浓度,加样量10μl,观察对溶壁微球菌24h后的抑菌效果。[结果]诱导后48 h的血淋巴不同加样量对溶壁微球菌均有大而明显的抑菌环产生,10μl环太大易变形,不易测量,以加7μl血淋巴对溶壁微球菌的抑菌效果最佳。稀释1/4、1/8、1/16、1/32、1/64浓度组均有抑菌环产生,抑菌环随稀释倍数增加而减小,稀释1/128时观察不到抑菌环。[结论]针刺诱导丝光绿蝇产生的抗菌物质对溶壁微球菌有较强的抑菌活性。[Objective] To investigate the antibacterial activity of antibacterial substance induced by pricking in Lucilia sericata against Micrococcus lysodeikticus. [Methods] After being induced by pricking for 48 hours, the hemolymph was collected and tested against M. lysodeikticus at different doses and concentrations, respectively. The bacteriostatic effects were observed after 24 hours and the diameters of clear inhibitory ring were recorded to express antibacterial activity, respectively. [ Results] The immunized hemolymph possessed antibacterial activity against M. lysodeikticus at different doses from 3 μl to10 μl and at different concentrations diluted from 1/4 to 1/64, but at the concentration diluted of 1/128, no bacteriostatic ring was observed. [Conclusion] The induced antibacterial substance in the blowfly possess strong antibacterial activity against M. lysodeikticus.
