摘 要:[目的]探讨灵芝孢子油对小鼠免疫功能的影响及对肝脏的保护作用。[方法](1)免疫功能实验:昆明种小鼠经口连续分别给予0.17、0.33、1.00 g/kg BW的灵芝孢子油及粟米油(溶剂对照组)30 d,进行迟发型变态反应试验、淋巴细胞转化试验、NK细胞活性测定;(2)护肝作用实验:昆明种小鼠经口连续分别给予0.17、0.33、1.00g/kg BW的灵芝孢子油及粟米油(溶剂对照)30 d后,腹腔注射CCl4以诱发小鼠化学性肝损伤,测定谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)及观察肝脏病理组织学变化。[结果](1)免疫功能实验:与空白对照组比较,中、高剂量组迟发型变态反应能力,脾淋巴细胞转化能力及脾NK细胞活性均增强,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);(2)护肝功能实验:与CCl4对照组比较,各剂量组血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶及肝脏病理组织学变化均减轻,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]灵芝孢子油对小鼠细胞免疫功能和NK细胞活性有明显的促进作用,对CCl4诱导的化学性肝损伤具有辅助保护作用。[Objective ]To study the effects of the oil from spores of ganoderma lucidum on inlmune functions and against liver chemical injury in mice. [Methods] (1) Enhancing immune function experiments: After the Kun-Ming mice were continuously administered with 0.17, 0.33, 1.00 g/kg BW oil from spores of ganoderma lucidum respectively and millet oil (solvent control) by garage for 30 days, the DTH (Delayed-type Hypersensitivity test) , Spleen lymphocyte transformation test and NK cell activity test were carried out to investigate the effects of test substance on cellular immune functions of mice. (2) Experiments for assessing protective effects on chemical injury of liver: After the Kun-Ming mice were continuously administered with 0.17, 0.33, 1.00 g/kg BW oil from spores of ganoderma lucidum respectively and millet oil (solvent control) by gavage for 30 days, they were injected intra peritoneal with CCl4 to induce chemical injury of liver; 24 hours later, the serum AST and ALT were measured and the liver pathological changes were observed and determined. [ Results] ( 1 ) Enhancing immune function experiments: Compared with the negative control group, NK cell activities, ability of DTtt and spleen T lymphocyte transformation of 0.33, 1.00 g/kg BW were significantly promoted (P 〈 0.05) , (2) Experiments for assessing protective effects on chemical injury of liver: The levels of serum ALT, AST and the hepatic pathological changes were all decreased (P 〈 0.05), compared with the solvent control group. [Conclusion] The oil from spores of ganoderma lucidum can errhanee the cellular immune function as well as promote the NK cell activities, meanwhile, it has protective effects against the chemical injury of liver in mice induced by CCl4.
