摘　　要：秦含章老先生:一位满头银丝的百岁老人,一位饱经沧桑的世纪老人,中国酒界泰斗,倍受全国酒界人士爱戴和崇敬,全行业为他祝寿。秦老致力于酒业科研与实践70余年,在科研、生产、发展各个方面做出的重大贡献,深刻影响着中国酒业几代人。他是中国酒界的典范。Mr. QIN Han-zhang, a greyhead aged man of 100 years old, a centurial aged man who has experienced great changes in the past, wins popular respect and support in wine-making industry. The whole wine-making industry is celebrating his birthday. He has dedicated himself to scientific research and practice in wine industry for more than 70 years and made great contributions in the field of scientific research, production and development. And his work has deeply influenced several generations in Chinese wine industry.
