摘 要:以信息技术促进教师资源配置城乡一体化的整体方案模型是缩小城乡教师资源配置差距的有效措施,DELIGHT5.0远程交互式教学平台为实现异地网络互动教学提供了可能,并在浙江省的部分地区验证了该方案的可行性和可操作性。通过网络平台实现城乡一体化讲授型、探究讨论式课堂教学,实现城乡教师一体化协同发展,可以加强城乡之间的沟通与交流,实现城乡优势互补,缩小城乡教育差距,促进城乡教育和谐发展。The whole project model of rural and urban teachers" resource deployment integration promoted by information technology is an efficient measure to narrow the gap of teachers" resource deployment between rural and urban areas. DELIGHT5. 0 distance interactive teaching platform has made it possible to realize interactive internet teaching in different places. Meanwhile, it has been validated that the project is feasible and operational in part of areas in Zhejiang Province. To realize the urban and rural integrated instruction oriented and exploration with discussion class teaching through network platform and to realize cooperative development of integration of urban and rural teachers can strengthen the communication and exchange between urban and rural areas so as to realize mutually complementary superiority between urban and rural areas, narrow the educational gap between urban and rural areas and promote harmonious development of urban and rural education.
