手术方法治疗近视性屈光参差

摘　　要：对４６例近视性屈先参差病人采用ＲＫ手术和隧道角膜成形术加以矫正，根据屈光度等具体情况将病人分成三组：１．单眼ＲＫ手术或隧道角膜成形术；２．双眼ＲＫ手术或隧道角膜成形术；３．屈光度较高眼行隧道角膜成形术，屈光度较低的眼行ＲＫ手术。随访时间在六个月以上。术前屈光度平均为－７．３４Ｄ，视力平均为０．１，屈先参差均大于２．０Ｄ，术后屈光度平均为－０．９４Ｄ，视力平均为０．７８，屈光参差＜２．０Ｄ者为３９例（８５％），并均获得了双眼视，ＲＫ手术和隧道角膜成形术对近视性屈光参差的矫正具有重要的临床意义。Surgical operations were performed on 46 cases of myopia with anisomethopia. Based on diopter to decide Surgical method,the cases were divided intothree groups: 1)Only one eye was performed radial keratotomy(RK) or keratoplasty: 2)Both eyes accepted RK or keratoplasty: 3) One eye was performed RK and theanother eye which had higher diopter accepted keratoplasty. The average refractivepower was-7.34D,the visual acuity was 0.1 and the anisometropia in all cases wasover 2.OD preoperatively. After operation,the average refractive power was-0.94D,the vision was 0.78 and in 39 cases(85% ),the anisometropia was less than 2.OD,the binocular vision was acquired,during 6 months followed-up or more. The authors think that RK and keratoplasty can play an important role in treating myopiawith anisometropia.
