脑脊液细胞玻片离心法与常规涂片法对癌性胸水诊断价值的探讨

摘　　要：应用脑脊液细胞玻片离心法与常规涂片法，对１８例癌性胸水进行检查，结果发现脑脊液细胞玻片离心法检查阳性率为８０％，而常规涂片法阳性率为２６％。统计学处理，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。从而说明脑脊液细胞玻片离心法对癌性胸水诊断具有很大价值。Examine 18 cases of cancer hydrothorax by applying CSF cell sheet centrifugal method and routine smearing method, the result shows that positive rateyielded by the first method is 80%. and,that by the second on 26%. By statisticalcalculation,there shows also a significant difference with the diagnosis result between the two methods (P<O. 05). For this,We can conclude that the CSF cell glasscentrifugal method is of great value to the diagnosis of cancer hydrothorax,and isworth popularizing and applying.
