高等职业院校发展目标辨析

摘　　要：目前,创办各种各样的“一流高等职业院校”业已成为众多学校的口号,可社会上关于“一流”的理解仍然存在分歧。一旦具体目标不能确定,一流之说便很容易落入空谈。从概念分析出发,首先讨论一流高等职业院校的实际内涵,再针对现实情况,从办学特色的角度,阐述高等职业院校的努力目标。Today, building a higher vocational school of the best quality has become a popular slogan inside many schools. However, there are some differences in the understanding of ＂the best quality＂. If the objective of first class remained uncertain, all these parlances would likely be nothing but nonsense. Beginning with analyses of concepts, this paper discusses the actual meaning of the best quality in higher vocational schools. Then according to the current situation it is suggested that the objective should be pursued by higher vocational schools from the school-running characteristics point of view.
