摘　　要：对１４７例阑尾肿物进行临床病理分析，原发性的１３２例，继发性的１５例。提出了有关阑尾肿物分类的一些意见，讨论了单纯性粘液囊肿的病理与阑尾标本的取材规范。cases with neoplasms of the appendix were reported. The neoplasms in 132 cases were primary and in 15 secondary. Some views about the classification of neoplasms of the appendix were suggested. The pathology of simple mucocele in the appendix and the standard of selecting specimen in appendix were discussed.
