摘　　要：本文采用ＡＢＣ免疫组化方法，检测了３９例早期胃癌中表皮生长因子受体的分布。发现表皮生长因子受体在正常胃粘膜中几乎不存在，而在早期胃癌和癌旁不典型增生胃粘膜中的阳性百分比（５１．２８％和４８．７２％）没有显著性差异，在印戒细胞癌和低分化腺癌中，表皮生长因子受体的阳性百分比显著高于高分化腺癌和中分化腺癌。提示表皮生长因子受体的过度表达与早期胃癌的生物学行为有一定正相关。The expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGF-R) in 39 patients with early gastric carcinoma was studied with the monoclonal antibody against EGF-R by using immunohistochemical ABC method. Normal gastric mucosa was negative for EGF-R, but a relatively high positive percentage was found in dysplasia and early gastric carcinoma (51. 28% and 48. 72%). The expression of EGF-R in signet-ring cell carcinoma and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was much higher than that in well differentiated ones. The results suggest that the over expression of EGF-R be related to the biological behavior of early gastric carcinoma.
